LALOON is the umbrella for my garments, costumes and things textile related. It intersects playful artistic vision with my families history in tailoring, where I learned to sew on an industrial Juki before my foot could even reach the pedal.

LALOON is one of a kind and bespoke clothing made by, puncturing, stamping and painting directly upon the fabric, using our own original patterns and stencils made from found and discarded objects in fascinating shapes.

LALOON is inspired by doormats and ancient trees, grills, gardens, stickers, visions of the future, plastic toys, extraterrestrials and terrestrials alike.

The textiles are painted directly upon the fabric with permanent non toxic water based inks, soft to the touch and made to last.  Due to the nature of this process, each garment may bear inconsistencies in the paint. This reflects the unique and handmade nature of the clothing.

LALOON was founded in 2012 and since 2022, functions on commission basis only.
